Organic Lemon Berry Smooth

Smoothies are a great way to start out your morning.  Giving you the nutrition and energy boost you need to make it until lunch.  There are a lot of benefits to different kinds of smoothies and if you’re lacking in a certain vitamin or mineral you can just add that ingredient to whatever smoothie you’re making, it’s truly a fantastic thing!  I love this smoothie for the simple fact that it’s absolutely delicious and I like to have this one more for a dessert than for in the morning, but there’s no reason you couldn’t have this for breakfast.  Feel free to add any ingredient to it to make it your own!



  • 3 Tbsp Organic Lemon Juice
  • 3/4 Cup Organic Frozen Berry Mix (Strawberry, Blackberry, Blueberry and Raspberry)
  • 1/2 Cup Organic Almond Milk (or nut milk of choice)
  • 1-2 Scoops of Love and Peas Protein Powder (vegan vanilla protein powder)
  • 1/2 Banana (optional: for sweetness)


  • Pour milk into blender first
  • Next add in lemon juice, frozen berries, banana (optional) and protein powder last
  • Cover and blend until smooth
  • If you feel it’s too thick, add a little more milk and blend until smooth
  • Enjoy!
