This article will share a rare but easily prepared sauté that perhaps you could try and add to your collection of sauces at home.  These can be adjusted according to your taste and would turn your stir fry into a flavorful dish on your tables.  This comes with a stir fry recipe too.  Let us do the cooking now.

This recipe can make four servings and can be prepared in about thirty minutes.  This veggie-packed stir-fry is served over a bed of baby spinach and dressed with a creamy ginger-avocado sauce.
One 2-inch piece ginger, freshly peeled and please slice them into coins
Two avocado fruits
Two tablespoons lemon juice
One tablespoon cold-pressed olive oil
Two teaspoon raw honey
Two teaspoon grated lemon zest
Two pinches sea salt
1 Tbs. coconut oil
1 medium red onion, halved and sliced (1 1/2 cups)
1/4 tsp. sea salt
4 cloves garlic, minced (4 tsp.)
1 head broccoli, cut into florets (4 cups)
1 small head cabbage or 1 bunch kale, sliced into thin ribbons (1/2 lb.)
4 cups organic baby spinach
One fourth cup lightly toasted sesame seeds for garnishing, you can omit this

Begin by preparing your Ginger-Avocado Sauce.  Using a food processor, add the ginger and pulse to mince it.

Then add the remaining sauce ingredients and blend until smooth and well blended.

Then blend in one half cup of water to thin and reach desired consistency.  Store in refrigerator and reserve for dressing.

To make the stir fry, heat the coconut oil in wok or large skillet over medium heat on your American stove.  Then add the onion and salt and stir fry for five minutes until the onion softens.

Then you can add the garlic and cook for two minutes more until fragrant.

Here you can add the broccoli and one-fourth cup water and cover the pan to let it steam for three minutes.

Then add the cabbage and replace the cover to continue steaming for another two minutes more.

Place one cup of spinach on your serving platter plate arrange like a mat.

Then pour with one cup of broccoli mixture and drizzle with two tablespoons of the Ginger-Avocado Sauce.

Garnish it with sesame seeds.

Serve while hot and enjoy with hot steaming rice.  This is a real magnificent stir fry recipe sauce.
